FROM MY HEART YOU ARE WELCOME AND WITH RESPECT...
Since 2006, we continue teach and expand the arts in small manageable groups. We promote the art by sharing and networking with professional martial artists and martial arts enthusiasts. CKA is all about wellness and self-improvement thru the Filipino Martial Arts for everybody. Reaching out and connecting with the community has always been my goal and there is no better or more fun way for me to connect with people than sharing the arts of my homeland.

We also offer Filipino Style Kickboxing and fighter conditioning. We believe in honest training with an instructor in small groups. What are Filipino Martial Arts?
Filipino Martial Arts known as Arnis or Escrima in the Phillipines and Kali or FMA in the United States is a sweet science similar to Western Boxing. Boxing and FMA are compatible in footwork, defense, striking and counter philosophy. As training systems, both offer similar one-on-one mitt training and various cardio-intensive drills which are essential to building a fighter’s accuracy and rhythm. The rounds of sparring are a blast and will get you in great shape.
